Check in – Check Out

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m
  • Check-out is before 10:00 a.m
  • Late Check-Out and Early Check-In are possible (subject to availability) and will cost an additional £10 per hour (payment required before authorization)
  • Hopewell offers a Luggage Holding service Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

Medium Lets Policy

Due to the heavy discounts offered to people booking our apartments for one month or more, these bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund for cancellations, this must be made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, cancellation must be made seven full days before the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 p.m if not specified) on the day of check-in, failure to do so will result in you receiving none of your deposit back. 

For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check-in time.
If the guest cancels less than seven days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Loss or Damage

The management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to a guest’s personal effects or luggage, however, caused. 

Should any loss or damage ensue during your visit, guests should ensure their travel insurance covers all such risks.

A Damage Deposit of £150 required for your booking will be taken over the phone by card up to seven days before arrival. We will return your Damage Deposit after your stay (this can take up to seven days). We cannot accept cash for the deposit.

Extension of your stay

An extension of your stay depends on your availability and is at the discretion of the management.

Management reserves the right to move you to another apartment of the same standard, or better, within the building, if necessary. We will, however, always attempt to avoid such moves.

Non Smoking Penalty

We follow a no-smoking policy on all premises and in all the apartments. Guests who ignore this restriction may face additional costs of up to £500 to cover the cost of an outside steam cleaning company to clean the entire apartment. 

Additional fees to cover any income lost due to the apartment becoming unavailable for occupation by a new guest booking may apply. 

Additionally, buring perfume incense sticks, candles, oil fragrances or diffusers is not allowed in any of our properties and may face extra fees.

Zero-tolerance Policy

We provide accommodation for private residential use only and in a reasonable manner. We only allow accommodation occupancy to be that which is agreed upon at the time of the booking. Operation of any form of business from the accommodation or use of it for any illegal or immoral purpose will require you to vacate the accommodation immediately. 

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour towards our staff, subcontractors or other guests. Termination of your right to occupy a property may occur if you, any of your party, or anyone you allow to occupy the accommodation behaves in this manner. If we believe this to be a problem, we will terminate your right to occupy the accommodation immediately, and we may report the matter to the police.

Termination of your stay

We reserve the right to terminate your use and occupation of your apartment immediately in the event of:

a. Non-payment of any monies due to
b. Overcrowding for any type of or sort of gathering
c. Unreasonable noise or behaviour (which the management reserve the right to determine)
d. Any parties or gatherings in the apartment, unless previously agreed 

Inventory Check Out

When vacating the accommodation, you must leave it in the same condition as at the beginning of your stay, subject to fair wear and tear. 

Should the accommodation or any item included in the original inventory not be in the necessary condition, you must pay us any costs we may incur in cleaning, repair or replacement.
