Excellent communication from host - instructions were timely and clear. Perfect location for visiting Bristol. Simple / no frills space, but comfortable. We stayed in this house for three weeks. The house was completely clean and tidy. It had adequate heating and a good bathroom. It had good facilities and a good TV. Quiet environment with easy access to shops. It just didn't have good Wi-Fi. The speed was slow and interrupted a lot.
