Can I have an early check in late check out?

We always try to accommodate our guests as much as possible. Early check in and late check outs are dependent on the guests staying around your booking, so please enquire with us, and we will do all we can.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes, all bedding and towels are provided.

How often will the property be cleaned?

Included in the price of your stay is one clean at the end of your stay. If you require a clean during your stay, please enquire and we will be happy to sort it out, subject to availability.

Will we meet someone to check us into the apartment?

Most of our apartments have the option of self check in, meaning 24 hour access is available. However, we are more than happy to meet you if you’d like us there for check in.

Where can I park at the property?

Every property is different. We have parking permits for sale at the majority of our properties so please ask us for more details. Another good option to find parking is Parkopedia who have loads of parking lots and garages for rent throughout the city.
