Absolutely amazing lodge! Extremely clean and modern. The hot tub was absolutely gorgeous and really added to our stay. Had arranged to stay in 2 bed maisonette but it had an issue with a leak, the vendor contacted myself  arranged an alternative at Hotwells which was an upgrade at no extra charge , we were reassured and the property delivered 👍, a lovely clean and fresh property 15min walk by the well lit docks to the centre , with boat taxis available from across the lock. The property had 3 good size double bed rooms , plenty of information on area and property and several nice areas including a balcony, outside space , good kitchen and various areas for hanging out , the Hotwells property was over 4 floors so need to be ok with stairs, a great property for 2-3 couples or family , highly recommend

Coach House was perfectly located with many choices for food and great shopping in Clifton Village. Was a very quiet position with everything that they said was there. Easily accessed on arrival and communication was excellent. The bed and pillow were comfortable as was the shower. The stay was pleasant, lovely place and pretty clean, only negatives I would say are the amount of cobwebs present especially around the shower and the lights.
I also received a few small electrical shocks when in the shower! Nothing major bit could get worse.
I had a quick check before I left and the earth bonding on the pipe work certainly needs looking at.

Nice apartment. Bit noisy in the morning with doors slamming. Around 5.30am terrible noise from seagulls and other birds, very loud. No shops or transport links nearby so approx 20 minute walk into Clifton down for food shopping. There for business working in Theatre in evenings so didn’t appreciate the noise in the block in the morning. 10.00am check out is early at least 11.00am would be better. Quite clean although crumbs on sofa when I checked in . Bit off putting. Toilet brush had no handle and wasn’t clean. Pizza tray in oven had burnt on crumbs. Great house. Fairly close to city centre.
3 very good sized double bedrooms , one with an en-suite.
Very god entertaining space with large tv to use.
Unfortunately no connection (terrestrial or otherwise) to tv so you have to bring your own and plug it in. If you don’t you can’t use the tv which makes it pretty redundant.
